The Squires

The Squires is at the heart of our community.

With relaxing lounges, café and bar areas, a billiard table and outdoor terrace, The Squires is the perfect place to forge new friendships and extend old ones.

Share a tea or coffee and some cake, enjoy a few drinks, grab a book from the library and find a quiet spot to relax. Watch a movie or sports event with our surround sound theatre projection system, or challenge friends to a game of billiards or snooker. Celebrate a special occasion in the private dining room, or use the meeting room to take care of business.

Take comfort in the knowledge that all our guests are at a similar stage of life. You’ll probably find that many share the same interests as you do. There’s a good chance your neighbours will become friends for life.

You’re free to live the way you want, in an idyllic location close to all the attractions, facilities and services of the wider Warrnambool community.

Keeping your mind and body active is good for the soul. Retirement living is about enjoying life to the full and doing the things you love.

Here, the immediate surroundings present an array of opportunities for outdoor activities such as fishing and boating, cycling, walking and whale watching. There’s also a wide variety of clubs nearby, as well as plenty of ever-changing countryside to explore.
