Lyndoch Living has been supporting people to maintain their independence within their community since the early 1980’s. From our early beginnings as a ‘Day Hospital’, our Day Centre and support services have grown and developed tremendously. The range of services we provide are highly specialised and tailored to give support where and when you need it. Programs covering rehabilitation, podiatry, acquired brain injury and disability reach clients through the South West across the five municipalities of Warrnambool City, shires of Corangamite, Moyne, Glenelg and Southern Grampians.
Our programs are focussed on addressing the special support needs of people at home to reduce the incidence of early or inappropriate admission to a residential care facility. Our programs work with clients and families/carers to identify and address their unique needs using a range of resources available from us or within the community.
The range of programs includes:
- Linkages – Disability support
- Supported Residential Services
- Acquired Brain Injury Services
- Home Instead – In home respite services
- Gardening Services
- Maintenance Services
- Community Rehabilitation Centre
Programs are delivered by our experienced and qualified teams of professionals including:
- Occupational Therapy

The type of service from each program varies and covers a full range of supports that enable people to function at their optimal level in the community they live in.
